Our New home
in Cap Rouge
The land has been purchased and the first phase of construction has been completed. Our dream for a permanent place of impact in Cap Rouge is becoming a reality. This new facility in the heart of the community will be a place for staff, teams, and the community to make a difference together.
A DREAM IN 3 PHASES
This is an extensive project that will make a lasting impact in Cap Rouge. Due to the scale of the project we will build our new home in 3 phases. With Phase 1 already completed, phase 2 will begin when funding is available.
PHASE 1: LAND PURCHASE AND STAFF HOUSING
Phase 1 of our project includes the purchase and preparation of the land, fencing in the property, and building the staff housing. We are excited that phase 1 is well underway. The funding goal for phase 1 is $65,000.00. The initial fundraising for this phase resulted in $45,000.00. Fundraising for the remaining $20,000.00 began in February 2021and construction was complete!
PHASE 2: LAKOU ANSANM
This is where the community will come together. Lakou Ansanm will also house our teams when they come on trips to Cap Rouge. With a large outdoor porch it will be ideal for teacher trainings, conferences, and community outreach. The second floor terrace will be ideal for team meetings, devotionals and star gazing.

cOMMUNITY SPACES
The community is why we are here. This new home will provide community gathering places along with a public sports facility. The Ansanm Campus will be a place to do life together, both building relationships and investing in the next generation of leaders.
COMMUNITY RESOURCES
Water and electricity are scarce. At an elevation of 2100 feet, water wells are not currently attainable. The Ansanm Campus is designed with large cisterns for rain water collection that will provide water to the community during the dry seasons. With no city power even charging your cell phone is difficult. The new campus will have a solar power system to provide charging stations to the community.
